No returns will be accepted 12 days after receipt of your package.
– the product must not have been opened or used.
– the package must be in perfect condition.
– refund within 4 working days of receipt in our offices if the conditions have been met (you will receive an e-mail confirming or refusing the return).
– return at customer’s expense
– send us an e-mail in the “track my order” tab and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with the return information.
